Our Shred and Tread class is 50min long, combing the megaformer and woodway curve treadmill together in one class.
The Shred and Tread class: Start on the megaformer or the treadmill, 25min on each machine for a total of a 50min workout. Our BalanceTread trainers will guide you through each part of this class for an amazing workout.
About The Woodway curve, Interval Treadmill Workout

Feel the freedom of this totally manual treadmill while running or walking on the unique curved running surface where you are the motor. The Curve Treadmill challenges the entire body while burning up to 30% more calories than any other treadmill.
The floor is made of rubber slats, which glide on 112 ball bearings creating minimal friction and consuming no electricity whatsoever. The rubber running surface absorbs the harmful impact shock on your joints and connective tissue without sacrificing proper running mechanics. Conventional treadmills, however, are not designed to absorb this impact shock, meaning joints and connective tissues are stressed and more susceptible to injury.
